Arch City Tavern has always done well for themselves as one of the trendiest and tastiest
gastropubs in the Columbus Short North Arts District, but when they came on board
with Signal they were unimpressed with their social media performance and were
looking for some fresh ideas. Lucky for them, we’re full of those.

Our Approach


For starters, their website needed a modernized, mobile-
friendly update so our designers set to work creating a
more fluid user experiecne and cleaner design.With the
more concise functionality and custom HD photography,
the new site performed better on mobile devices
and brought in more inquiries each month from
customers interested in making reservations and bringing
in large groups.

Social Media

Their brand new Instagram profile quickly shot up to 1,000
followers in the first 3 months and their Facebook content
rocketed up to 8,000 to 10,000 people reached per day. With a
consistent campaign of user engagement, promotional contests,
and strategic giveaways, the Arch City Tavern social media fan
base is more engaged than they were before we took over; a
sizable achievement.


Next it was time to overhaul their Facebook Page and get them up to speed with newer platforms like Instagram. We took brand new product and location photos and rolled out a fresh new face for the local short north bar on all the major social platforms.
